Our Story
Concoctions was born out of a love for high-quality ingredients, great flavors, and a passion for bringing drinks with options to the community. We saw a need for a space where people could explore unique flavors, choose to drink with spirits or spirit free, and have quality drinks to-go. From classic favorites to signature creations, every drink is designed to elevate your experience.

Concoctions was founded in 2006 by Hyacinth Nembhardt, who is passionate about elevating and innovating the beverage industry locally and beyond. She is also the Owner and Managing Director of Tropic, located at 518 N Water Street, just a short distance from Concoctions in downtown Milwaukee. There you will find many of our Concoctions drinks on the menu in addition to a variety of island inspired cocktails and mocktails. When you support these businesses, you are supporting a 100% woman-minority owned business.
